In 1934 one of the leading figures of the Surrealist movement, Max Ernst, produces a series of collages called «Une semaine de bonté» from ancient catalogues and pulpnovel illustrations, which mysteriousely seem to lure the unconscious into view. By Using the same surrealist process of collage, and dismembering the originals for reconfiguration, we are giving the viewer an occasion in continuing to explore Max Ernst work after this transformation. Through this process more of the unconscious is revealed than previousely examined.
An hommage to the process of collage and Surrealism through a divine hand drawn transformation of the main woman characters ending up in a «new» play where the dream atmosphere comes to alter an already bizarre and strange reality
